IEM Spring 2023 teams
Of the 16 teams that will take their place at IEM Spring, six of those are ESL Partner Teams, five are invited by the organiser based on their ESL World Ranking, while two come from the European Qualifier and one team will come from each of the Asian, North American and South American qualifiers.

- The top three teams from each group advance to the playoffs
- Group winners advance to the semi-finals
